Neela brings 25+ years of experience building scalable go-to-market (GTM) systems for scaleups, growth-stage companies, and global technology ecosystems. She co-founded Align Growth Global (AGG) to close the gap between strategy, execution and platform reality - a challenge she has navigated across vendor, partner, channel, service provider, and hyperscaler environments.
Her work blends platform-aligned GTM design, ecosystem-led expansion, and the operational discipline required to turn strategy into measurable revenue. Having built and managed high-performing teams at scaleups, Red Hat and SoftwareOne, she brings a combination of strategic clarity and hands-on execution to every project she undertakes.
Neela works closely with founders and leadership teams to design GTM models that scale, strengthen cross-functional alignment and build sustainable commercial performance. Mike spent 35 years navigating multiple platform transitions at Microsoft and Red Hat understanding what platforms absorb versus what they partner with, from the inside.
