Ecosystem Jumpstarts
What's the difference between the Sprint and the Build?
The Sprint (2 weeks, $25,000) tells you what to do. It assesses your position, your opportunity, and your organization, then delivers a recommendation on where resources should go. The Build (4 weeks, $50,000) includes everything in the Sprint plus the artifacts themselves: program architecture, participant map, economics, a role charter, and a six-month playbook.
Can we start with the Sprint and upgrade later?
Yes. At the week-two readout, Sprint clients can extend directly into the Build at the same rate, no re-scoping, weeks 3–4 start the following Monday.
What's included, and is anything negotiable?
Both are fixed-price, fixed-scope. The published deliverable list for each package is the entire agreement. That's what lets us skip a lengthy proposal or acceptance process. 
Who actually runs the engagement?
All three AGG founders are on every engagement: one as lead, plus dedicated ecosystem, commercial, and go-to-market perspectives, rather than one consultant working alone. 
How does this compare to just hiring a VP of Ecosystem?
A Sprint costs roughly one month of a typical VP Ecosystem's loaded compensation; the Build costs about two. Both land before you've committed $250 - 450K a year to a hire who'd otherwise spend two quarters building the same assessment from scratch.
What happens after the engagement ends?
No retainer is built into either package, you get the artifacts and a follow-up check-in (30-day for the Sprint, 30- and 60-day for the Build). Anything beyond that is scoped separately.
